Your new company
You will be joining a leading global law firm as they look to invest in their CRM function & plan out their CRM roadmap for the future. You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly team in a supportive environment with a great manager. The firm is committed to investing in training and providing opportunities for career development.
Your new role
As the Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining & configuring the CRM system to ensure its fit for purpose, data management & integrity, & implementing improvements to support the firm's strategy. You'll collaborate with Marketing colleagues & fee-earners on best practices, training, & adoption.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Central London with a 2/3 hybrid working arrangement. You'll report to the CRM Manager and work with colleagues worldwide. Exciting projects are upcoming for you to engage with.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong technical understanding of CRM systems - setup, functionality, data quality best practices, etc.
• Experience within a legal or professional services firm is preferred
• Familiarity with InterAction is advantageous
• Experience working with large CRM databases
• Ability to work autonomously & proactively manage workload
