Job summary

LemFi is seeking a Senior CRM Manager - Automations to own lifecycle journeys that carry customers from sign-up to their tenth product across remittance, savings and credit. You will build onboarding, retention, reactivation, referral and cross-sell programmes, set up triggers and segments, and partner with Product and Data to ensure accurate event tracking.

This role sits near Product, Data and Growth and reports to the Head of CRM.

Qualifications

• CRM strategy and lifecycle design
• Data-driven decision making
• SQL and data modeling
• Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms
• Onboarding/retention/reactivation programme design
• Ability to design and optimize cross-sell journeys

Responsibilities

• Own and design lifecycle journeys from onboarding to retention across multiple products
• Build referral or cross-sell programmes and gamified incentives
• Set up triggers, segments and logic based on real user behaviour
• Partner with Product and Data to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution
• Measure, report and iterate on lifecycle performance with actionable metrics
• Collaborate with Growth to drive activation and long-term engagement
