Job summary

Arc is hiring a remote-first Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the customer database, design segmentation and lifecycle programmes, and drive revenue through email, SMS and other owned channels. You will partner with the Head of Revenue to shape the roadmap and measure impact on repeat purchases.

You will build flows, segments and loyalty propositions, collaborating with agency partners to execute campaigns. Reports to Head of Revenue; quarterly in-person meetups in UK/Europe.

Qualifications

• Has owned a CRM platform hands on and built flows and segments.
• Developed retention programmes early in a product lifecycle.
• Comfortable with cohort and lifetime value analysis.
• Commercially minded about promotions and lifecycle offers.
• A self-starter who can build process in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy and roadmap ownership, prioritising what to build first.
• Segmentation and customer data management to enable audience building.
• Own channels: email, SMS and other owned channels; manage campaigns and testing.
• Reactivate and re-engage lapsed customers with data-driven programs.
