Replika is seeking a hands-on Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own our lifecycle program across onboarding, conversion, renewals and win-back. You’ll design flows email-first, then in-app and push messages, coordinating with product to optimize paid conversions.

You’ll segment by product and subscription data, test everything, ensure deliverability and compliance, and report how flows drive revenue. You’ll work remotely with CET hours, impacting millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer subscription app, with revenue results you can show.
• Built flows yourself in a modern messaging platform like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or Klaviyo.
• Strong with data. You build your own segments and read your own results without waiting for an analyst.
• You understand compliant communication for a global audience: consent, unsubscribes, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and their equivalents.
• You write good copy, or know exactly how to brief and edit it.
• You shape the strategy and do the implementation yourself.
• Excellent written English.

Responsabilités

• Build the core lifecycle flows: onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, intro offers ending, renewals, cancellation saves and win-back.
• Convert free users. Work with product on in-app messages and offers that move people to paid at the right moment.
• Reactivate our base. Plan and run campaigns to lapsed users and our long-dormant email list, cleanly and within consent.
• Segment and personalize with product and subscription data, so each person gets the message that fits where they are.
• Test everything: timing, subject lines, offers, channels. Keep what wins and kill what doesn't.
• Own deliverability, list health and the reporting that ties every flow to revenue.
