Job summary

Get Recruited Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle, optimise engagement and boost loyalty across email, SMS, WhatsApp and direct mail. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on delivery and work with data to personalise campaigns while continually testing what works.

You’ll manage automated journeys, develop segmentation, and drive retention, reactivation and cross-channel engagement to improve CLV and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM lifecycle programmes in a DTC or subscription business.
• Able to design automated customer journeys across onboarding, nurture, retention, loyalty and re-engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own automated customer journeys across onboarding, nurture, retention, loyalty and re-engagement.
• Manage CRM activity across email, SMS, WhatsApp and direct mail to ensure timely, relevant communications.
• Develop a test-and-learn approach across messaging, content, timings and journeys.
• Build segmentation and personalisation using behavioural, transactional and customer data.
• Create triggered campaigns based on customer behaviour and identify new engagement opportunities.
• Review campaign performance and continuously improve CRM activity.
• Produce monthly CRM reporting with insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative to build email templates and streamline campaign production.
• Balance planned campaigns with new opportunities on the communications calendar.
• Develop retention and reactivation campaigns to reduce churn and win back customers.
• Utilise CRM activity to drive engagement, repeat purchases and higher AOV.
• Support and develop a CRM Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day activity.
