Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress forecasting.
• Experience with cost control and reporting across project lifecycles.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and influence decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control for multiple work packages or one large project within a programme.
• Develop and maintain CBS, link budgets to WBS, and manage cost data accuracy.
• Produce accruals and support change control and ETC forecasts.
• Interact with senior management to present cost control updates in complex projects.
