Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer focused on cost control to join our Infrastructure team. You will support cost leads, develop cost control processes, and ensure budgets and forecasts align with client objectives across major infrastructure programmes.

The role involves working with partners and delivery teams, applying EVM and PMB practices, and producing timely cost reports. UK-based applicants with 5+ years in project controls preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK water/utilities or regulated infra projects.
• Proven track record delivering cost management for major programmes.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop cost controls and governance for projects.
• Forecast out-turn costs and cash flow for programmes.
• Prepare cost/performance reports for monthly governance reviews.
• Support cost management across multiple delivery partners and sites.
