Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer focused on cost to join our Infrastructure team. You will support cost management across programmes, develop cost controls, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects stay within approved budgets.

The role requires deep experience in cost management, EVM/PMB knowledge, and the ability to guide delivery partners and contractors. You will contribute to the monthly reporting cycle and drive continuous process improvements

Formación

• Experience in UK water/utilities or regulated infrastructure is essential.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and cost control methods is required.
• Experience contributing to cost frameworks within programme management offices.
• Familiarity with cost quality practices and reporting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support Cost Lead in developing and implementing cost control processes and systems.
• Forecast out-turn costs, cash flow and ETC/EAC for projects and programmes.
• Prepare clear cost and performance reports for governance, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure cost data accuracy and governance.
