Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Cost Engineer to manage cost control across energy infrastructure projects. You will lead cost control for multiple packages, align budgets with WBS, and drive accurate forecasting and reporting within NEC/FIDIC contract frameworks.

You will influence stakeholders, mentor delivery teams, and ensure cost targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance across a complex programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost engineering/control across project lifecycles.
• Good understanding of NEC or FIDIC contract processes.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Tailor cost control approaches to client needs and industry best practices.
• Maintain cost control systems tracking budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Develop CBS, align budgets with WBS and PMB to monitor costs accurately.
• Lead accruals and ensure timely reflection of actual cost in data.
• Support change processes with cost information for forecasts and notes.
