Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Cost Engineer to lead cost control across multiple projects within the Energy & Natural Resources division. You will develop cost breakdown structures, budgets and performance baselines, coordinating with the Integrated Project Team to drive cost accuracy and forecasting.

You will apply EVM, risk assessment and NEC/FIDIC processes, mentor delivery teams, and communicate updates to leadership while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and value for

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to obtain BPSS level security clearance and operate within NEC/FIDIC contract contexts.

Responsibilities

• Tailor cost control approaches to meet client needs and align with best practice.
• Implement and maintain cost control systems to track budgets, expenditures and forecasts.
• Lead PMB development and ensure integration with WBS/CBS for accurate cost tracking.
• Produce accruals and support change processes with cost information.
