• Minimum 3 years of strong volume conveyancing experience required.
• Willingness to learn and progress is essential.
• Experience with transactional, re-mortgage, freehold and leasehold work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sale contracts.
• Provide a comprehensive Residential Conveyancing service.
• Undertake exchanges of contract, preparing files for completion.

Skills

Experience working within a conveyancing team

Strong volume conveyancing experience

Excellent ICT skills

Proactive approach

Good telephone and organisational skills

Ability to manage varied caseload

Knowledge of Land Registry procedures

Education

Law graduate (2.1 or above preferred)
