Job summary

PRS is seeking a Contract Manager to lead a mobile team across a mix of office, industrial and high-end residential sites. You will own contracts from day one, drive performance and build strong client relationships.

The role offers a permanent position with a base salary circa £58,000 per year, a car allowance and 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays. This is a pivotal role in our expanding facilities team.

Qualifications

• Technical background with electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Experience in a management/leadership role in the facilities maintenance sector.
• Experience managing own profit and loss account and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.
• Profit and loss management on contracts worth around £1 million per annum.
• Provide an escalation point for service performance.
• Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.
• Develop strong relationships with the client’s site management teams.
