PRS is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee a prestigious, multi-site London property portfolio. The role focuses on contract performance, financial management and client relationships within a leading facilities management provider.

The successful candidate will have a strong FM background, proven experience managing complex contracts, leading operational teams and driving commercial performance in a senior capacity.

Formación

• Proven track record as Senior Contracts Manager or similar within facilities management.
• Strong understanding of Total FM across Hard & Soft services.
• Experience managing multi-site property portfolios and complex contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and commercial contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Lead and develop Contract Managers and Facilities Managers and operational teams.
• Own contract-level financial performance including P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiencies, continuous improvement and commercial growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety and policies.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement and service delivery standards.
• Support contract retention, mobilisation and identification of new opportunities.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and implement improvement plans.
