Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee a prestigious, multi-site London property portfolio. The role focuses on contract performance, financial management and client relationships within a leading facilities management provider.

The successful candidate will have a strong FM background, proven experience managing complex contracts, leading operational teams and driving commercial performance in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Senior Contracts Manager or similar within facilities management.
• Strong understanding of Total FM across Hard & Soft services.
• Experience managing multi-site property portfolios and complex contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and commercial contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Lead and develop Contract Managers and Facilities Managers and operational teams.
• Own contract-level financial performance including P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiencies, continuous improvement and commercial growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety and policies.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement and service delivery standards.
• Support contract retention, mobilisation and identification of new opportunities.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and implement improvement plans.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a leading facilities management provider, overseeing a prestigious and diverse multi-site property portfolio across London.

This is a senior operational and commercial role, responsible for contract performance, financial management, client relationships and service delivery across a portfolio of properties.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with proven experience managing complex contracts, leading operational teams and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across a multi-site property portfolio.
• Lead, support and develop Contract Managers, Facilities Managers and operational teams.
• Take responsibility for contract-level financial performance, including P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational efficiencies, continuous improvement and commercial growth.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement and service delivery standards.
• Support contract retention, mobilisation and the identification of additional business opportunities.
• Conduct regular contract reviews, monitor performance and implement improvement plans where required.
• Work collaboratively with senior management and internal departments to support wider business objectives.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager, Regional Contract Manager or equivalent within facilities management.
• Strong background in Total Facilities Management, covering both Hard and Soft Services.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-site property portfolios.
• Demonstrable experience in P&L ownership, budgeting and commercial contract management.
• Previous experience managing and developing Contract Managers, Facilities Managers or wider operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, Health & Safety and FM operational standards.
• Experience managing client relationships, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to public-sector, commercial property or prestigious estate portfolios would be advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
