Job summary

PRS in the West Midlands is seeking an M&E Contract Manager to lead a mobile team responsible for a multi-site portfolio including commercial offices, industrial and high-end residential sites.

You will own the contract, manage P&L around £1 million annually, drive service performance, and build strong client relationships while growing the business as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Technical background with qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the facilities maintenance sector.
• Experience managing own profit and loss account and cost control.

£58,000 per annum plus car allowance

Our customer is a privately owned, independent M&E and facilities management business, that are growing rapidly. Due to new contract wins they are seeking a Contract Manager to manage a mobile team looking after a mixture of commercial office space, industrial, and high end residential sites. This role will suit a Contract Manager that wants to take ownership of new clients at the start of the contract, and that wants to progress their career as the company grows.

Main Duties:

• Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.
• Profit and loss management on contracts worth around £1 million per annum.
• Provide an escalation point for service performance.
• Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.
• Develop strong relationships with the clients site management teams.

Qualifications/Experience needed:

What's on offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of circa £58,000 per annum, car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
