Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own a portfolio of facilities management contracts across London and the South of England. You’ll lead operational delivery and commercial performance, building trusted client relationships and ensuring services are delivered to SLAs and KPIs.

This is a client-facing role with multi-site oversight, working with internal teams and suppliers to drive value, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for service improvement while maintaining

• Experience managing FM contracts or a multi-site facilities portfolio.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing contract financial performance.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs and performance management.
• Willingness to travel across London and the South of England.

Responsibilities

Contract Manager – Facilities Management

South of England & London | Multi-Site Portfolio | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of prestigious client contracts across London and the South of England.

This is a highly visible, client-facing position where you’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple sites while building strong, trusted relationships with your clients.

You’ll have ownership of both the operational and commercial performance of your contracts, working closely with internal operational teams, specialist suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently against contractual SLAs and KPIs.

What you'll be doing

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for clients and ensuring we continually deliver against – and wherever possible exceed – their expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full operational and commercial ownership of a portfolio of FM contracts across London and the South of England.
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted partner for their facilities requirements.
• Ensuring contractual SLAs, KPIs and internal performance measures are consistently achieved.
• Managing service delivery across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.
• Working closely with operational teams and specialist subcontractors to ensure effective delivery.
• Monitoring contract performance, identifying risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintaining strong commercial control across the portfolio, including budgets, costs and contract performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve services, drive efficiencies and add value for clients.
• Supporting contract growth by identifying additional service and commercial opportunities.
• Ensuring all activity is delivered safely and in accordance with company, client and statutory requirements.
• Producing and presenting performance information during regular client and internal review meetings.
• Supporting mobilisation, service improvement and other projects across the Business Unit as required.

What we're looking for

You’ll already have experience managing FM contracts or a multi-site facilities portfolio and be comfortable balancing client relationships, operational delivery and commercial performance.

We’re particularly interested in someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Contract Manager, Account Manager or similar within Facilities Management.
• Experience managing services across multiple sites or client locations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing contract financial performance.
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors and operational service teams.
• A strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs and contract performance management.
• The ability to identify service improvements and commercial opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client and operational challenges.
• A good understanding of health & safety and compliance within an FM environment.
• The ability to travel regularly across London and the South of England.
