Job summary

PRS is seeking a Contract Manager for M&E and facilities management in the West Midlands. The role involves leading a mobile team across a mix of commercial, industrial and high-end residential sites.

Salary is circa 58,000 per annum with a car allowance, plus 25 days' annual leave and statutory holidays. The successful candidate will own client relationships from contract start and drive performance on multi-site estates.

Qualifications

• Technical background with qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the facilities maintenance sector.
• Experience of managing own profit and loss account and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.
• Profit and loss management on contracts worth around 1 million per annum.
• Provide an escalation point for service performance.
• Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.
• Develop strong relationships with the clients site management teams.
