We are hiring a Senior Content Producer to build and run a scalable, video-first content engine across The Cruise Globe and The Cruise Maps.
Content already works for us, but it is currently reactive and fragmented. This role exists to make content a first-class, well‑run function. You will take ownership of how content is planned, produced, repurposed, organised, and published, with a strong focus on short‑form video for organic and paid social.
This is a genuinely hands‑on role. You will personally shoot, edit, and publish much of our day‑to‑day content, while also knowing when to manage higher‑production shoots with external partners. You will work closely with the founders, our product team, and external marketing agencies to ensure there is always a strong flow of fresh, effective creative.
A major advantage of this role is close collaboration with Emma Cruises, one of the largest and most trusted cruise creators in the world. You will help translate deep creator intuition and audience insight into scalable, high-performing content across platforms.
