Role Overview
Hanover Dublin is looking for a Senior Consultant (Senior Account Manager equivalent) to play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s continued growth. As a Senior Consultant, you will bring strong political, policy and communications expertise, paired with excellent project management skills and the confidence to advise clients in fast‑moving political and media environments. You will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality work, provide strategic counsel and manage complex client workstreams to ensure outputs meet Hanover’s standards of excellence.
You will work across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, financial services, energy and mobility, while also contributing to new business development through research, strategic input and participation in pitches. This role is suited to someone who thrives in an agency environment, is comfortable working at pace, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape client strategies, mentor junior colleagues and support the continued expansion of Hanover Dublin.
