ODGroup is a leading office interiors company based in the City of London, with a dual focus on both traditional construction and design and build. We have firmly established our brand due to excellent service and a commitment to ongoing innovation, and despite the pandemic are on track for another successful year.

We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Construction Managers to help secure and deliver projects as part of the delivery team in both ODInteriors and ODCreate.

This opportunity has been created to work alongside the project manager to manage the entire project process, from pre- start activities, through design, procurement, and construction phases, to practical completion and finalisation of the defects period.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Assisting the Project Director and Project Manager in pre-construction phase, including procurement, program and site establishment.
  • Supervise and mentor Construction Managers and other junior staff.
  • Act at the primary liaison with clients, architects etc.
  • Lead negotiations, approve contracts with Project Manager and ensure financial targets are met.
