• Review CAFM PPM systems to plan attendance in line with required schedules.
• Arrange site access and coordinate works to minimize disruption.
• Review Risk Assessments and health & safety documentation before site works.
• Ensure statutory compliance with relevant regulations.
• Organize and maintain online documentation and compliance records.
• Conduct inspections, due diligence checks, and vetting processes.
• Lead preparation and review of documentation for audits.
