Senior Compliance Manager – Remote | Growing IFA | No.2 to SMF16/17

Monthly travel to head office (South).

This role is for experienced IFA Compliance professionals aiming to make a significant impact.

This is a newly created Senior Compliance Manager position within a growing, sustainable IFA business.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the SMF16/17, focusing on driving the firm’s M&A activities.
• Leading daily compliance operations.
• Ensuring advice suitability, reviewing files, maintaining system standards as the business scales.
• Managing T&C oversight, MI reporting, policies, financial promotions, with a proactive and organized approach.
• Reporting quarterly on compliance status and strategic updates.

Candidate requirements:

• Level 4 Qualified, DipPFS/DipFA or equivalent.
• Strong compliance experience in IFA/wealth management.
• Up-to-date FCA knowledge and advice standards.
• Experience in compliance reporting and MI interpretation.
• Confident, approachable, and commercially aware.
• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.
• Willingness to travel monthly for team meetings.
