An established industry player is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their dedicated team. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our dedicated and supportive team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex matters simply.
The key purpose of this role is to provide advice to local leaders (within all three lines of defence) on existing and upcoming regulatory and conduct risk regulation, including the practical implications of these regulations. This advice will help leaders understand and make informed decisions for our customers and Aviva. The role involves working collaboratively through a risk business partner model, with a directive approach where regulatory requirements are explicit.
