We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Certification & Compliance to spearhead a newly formed Certification Body and shape the future of compliance across the company. This role combines high-level oversight of audit and certification activities with leadership across membership compliance, policy development, and quality assurance. You will have experience running accredited Certification Bodies or complex compliance systems, someone with vision, integrity, and the leadership to deliver impactful change. This is a Hybrid role based in Darlington for a minimum of 2 days per week.
