Position: Senior Compliance Administrator

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Dependant on experience

Location: Aztec West BS32

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 Fully Office Based

We're looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally organised individual to play a critical support role.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but above all else we value potential, pride in your work, and a positive, can-do attitude just as highly as experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise daily with controls partners and customers to track project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records.
  • Support internal teams and external customers across live projects.
  • Ensure actions and documentation are recorded, followed up, and completed
  • Manage project paperwork from quote through to completion.
  • Resolve issues as they arise.
  • Build strong customer relationships - repeat business is key to our success.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
