Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Cinderford is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to manage a defined caseload of patients. You will be responsible for supporting a Band 5 nursing team to ensure continuity of care and engaging with our patient population effectively. Experience with electronic patient record systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Expert in primary health care with knowledge in vacuum dressings and syringe driver management.
• Experience in managing a defined caseload of patients.
• Prior experience with electronic patient record IT systems is advantageous.
