A UK healthcare provider is seeking a Community Children's Nurse to work within an integrated nursing team covering children with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will hold an NMC Child Nurse qualification and be a car driver with a clean driving license. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will work within an integrated Children's Nursing team covering both CCN & H@H, the role as a community children's nurse is highly varied . We are one large team covering both borough's of Greenwich & Bexley. The caseload is varied with referrals of CYP who have complex medical needs, long term health conditions and short term health conditions requiring rapid service input to enable CYP to be discharged from hospital early.
