Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and a practical understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, proposals and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to produce professional client proposals.
• Confidence coordinating marketing activity, campaigns, suppliers and lead generation.
• Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and project coordination skills.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence interpreting commercial data.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive actions through to completion.
• A proactive, independent approach with genuine ownership and execution drive.
• Experience within legal, consultancy or B2B professional services is advantageous; familiarity with AI tools and managing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the commercial process from initial discovery calls through to proposals, approvals, follow ups and client handover.
• Draft professional proposals using meeting notes and AI tools.
• Manage CRM pipelines and reporting.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and suppliers, keeping projects moving across the business.
• Manage a Business Operations Assistant and identify smarter ways of working.
