Responsibilities

• Lead commercial excellence strategies to strengthen sales and market growth.
• Centralise and improve tendering, proposal management and bid processes.
• Provide commercial leadership with forecasting, pipeline visibility and analysis.
• Act as the key link between service centres, Sales and Operations.
• Drive collaboration and cross-functional alignment across senior leadership.
