Job summary

UK Staffing Group is recruiting a Commercial Director to lead the commercial function across a growing property and construction group. You will report to the Managing Director and drive performance on cost, quality and programme for the construction arm, with a path toward MD succession.

The role oversees commercial teams, budgeting, procurement, land acquisitions and development viability, with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting and strategic collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction/property development
• Proven ability to drive cost control and value across多 projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across the group, especially construction
• Oversee cost appraisals, budgets and procurement
• Provide commercial input on land acquisition and development appraisal
• Manage tendering, payments and reporting to senior leadership
• Develop and mentor commercial and technical teams
