Your Role
  • Lead commercial, governance, and dispute-prevention initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
  • Drive business improvement and foster a culture of commercial excellence within multidisciplinary design and technical teams.
  • Conduct commercial reviews, identify contractual risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalation.
  • Champion best practices in claims management and dispute mitigation, supporting teams with pre-contract activities and robust supplier agreements.
  • Ensure compliance, minimize risk, and preserve contractual entitlements for project teams.
About You
  • Proven expertise in design/engineering consultancy, with a strong understanding of design processes and technical delivery.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and design/build contractors.
  • Solutions-focused, with excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in commercial management, governance, risk mitigation, and drafting contractual correspondence.
  • Preferably experienced in design consultancy, familiar with NEC contracts, and knowledgeable in dispute resolution mechanisms.
