Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Account Handler in Whyteleafe to service a growing portfolio of commercial insurance clients and support Account Executives in delivering top-tier service.

You will handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, liaising with underwriters to secure the best terms while maintaining FCA-compliant records. An opportunity to develop in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Strong grounding in commercial insurance products, especially property, casualty and motor.
• Proficient in Acturis system and insurer portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to identify opportunities and support sales growth within client base.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day servicing of a book of commercial insurance clients across lines and products.
• Prepare renewal reports and process mid-term adjustments.
• Support clients with policy documentation and respond to queries.
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers to obtain best terms.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA guidelines.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and protect clients' interests.
