Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to support Account Executives in Poole. You will manage commercial client renewals, source quotations for up-sell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships across industries.

The role offers professional development opportunities and exposure to cross-class insurance products. This position requires 2+ years in commercial insurance, good negotiating skills, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience either broking or underwriting.
• Good understanding of customer service, negotiation, broking and market awareness.
• Willingness to develop towards professional qualification (Cert CII).

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives to achieve New Business and Renewal targets.
• Manage prospect pipeline and pre-visit fact finding for AE.
• Obtain quotations for up-sell opportunities and support renewal meetings.
• Prepare renewal review reports and liaise with insurers as needed.
• Handle client queries promptly and maintain diary and renewal terms.
