Brown & Brown, Inc. in Poole is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join the team. You will provide technical support, cultivate client relationships, and assist Account Executives with new business and renewals across cross-class commercial insurance.

The role involves servicing client accounts through renewals, negotiating premiums with underwriters, and preparing detailed submissions and reports. Travel to visit clients may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience in broking or underwriting.
• Strong customer service, negotiation skills, broking knowledge and market awareness.
• Holding a full driving licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Executives in achieving New Business and Renewal targets through proactive admin and client support.
• Manage AE prospect pipeline and provide profiling support using phone, web, and public data.
• Obtain quotations for up-sell opportunities before new business visits.
• Arrange renewal appointments and accompany AE to strengthen client relationships.
• Prepare Renewal Review reports and gather claims experience as needed.
• Broker New Business or Renewals with high-quality submissions.
