Brown & Brown Insurance in Newbury is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our professional team. You will manage new business and renewal opportunities, develop client relationships and drive income growth within your portfolio.

We expect a solid understanding of client operations, risk management and a track record in presenting complex commercial insurances. A driving licence and progress toward Cert CII are desirable as you contribute to a market-leading

Formación

• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• Ability to handle new business enquiries and renewals.
• Good understanding of commercial insurance products.
• Acturis broking software knowledge is an advantage.
• Progress toward Cert CII is preferred.
• Must hold a full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve new business and renewal targets.
• Engage with marketing strategy and act on leads promptly.
• Develop introducer relationships and generate leads.
• Manage new business pipeline and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and high service levels.
• Attend client visits and complete underwriting fact-finds for new business.
