Job summary

Brown & Brown UK in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to service small to medium client accounts within the renewals lifecycle and support cross-class commercial insurance knowledge.

You will handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and quotations while collaborating with account executives on larger cases and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention. A good understanding of customer service and market awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Handler in commercial insurance.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance markets and wordings (Property, Liability, PI, D&O, Cyber).

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products.
• Working closely with the account executives on larger cases.
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels.
• Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate.
• Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
