We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Development Manager within the eCommerce Centre of Excellence. This role is central to shaping, advancing and executing our commercial go‑to‑market strategy across one of the most strategic and future‑focused areas of the LEGO Group.
You will balance short‑term needs with long‑term ambition, continuously evaluating performance, risks and opportunities across the ecommerce landscape. You will lead data‑driven conversations with senior stakeholders, secure alignment on strategy and enable strong commercial execution across markets and functions.
Please note: This position can be based in our LEGO® Office in London or Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
The Western Europe Region is the largest Market Group within the LEGO Group, covering 16 countries. As Commercial Development Manager you will be a key member of both the Regional Commercial Development Team and the eCommerce Centre of Excellence. You will play a critical role in enabling the LEGO Group to make informed strategic choices, drive consistent commercial standards and realise the full potential of ecommerce across the region.
You will bring an analytical mindset combined with strong stakeholder management and the ability to work confidently across diverse teams. You will influence commercial thinking, promote best practice and help shape the future of ecommerce within the organization.
