A leading UK insurance brokerage in Leeds seeks an account handler to join their supportive team. The successful candidate will assist in broking activities while enjoying a professional and flexible work environment. Our client is an independent chartered commercial insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. They have a modern and appealing office location, close to bus routes and with plenty of free parking. This business has a low staff turnover and operates a friendly, professional and grown up environment with lots of flexibility and the opportunity to work partly from home.
In this role you will be part of an excellent team providing broking /account handling support to the account executives. You will assist with new business submissions, mta’s, renewal negotiations etc. And have regular contact with clients and insurers.
Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance, previous Acturis use (not essential), and progress towards CII would be beneficial (studies will be fully supported).
