Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer on the Digital Native Enterprise team to work with high-growth accounts spanning security, networking, and developer platforms. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, delivering architectural value and measurable ROI.

You will report to the Regional Customer Engineering Leader and partner with Account Executives, delivering demos, PoCs, and strategic guidance across Cloudflare products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong ability to translate technical value into business ROI for executives.
• Hands-on deployment experience with Cloudflare technologies and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design bespoke architectures for customers.
• Deliver compelling demos and PoCs across Cloudflare portfolio.
• Build executive relationships and align technical strategy with business goals.
• Own onboarding and implementation; act as the engineering relationship.
• Proactively monitor health telemetry and drive time-to-value.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating metrics into ROI.
• Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities grounded in platform usage.
