Job description
Senior Clinical Fellow in Vascular Surgery

The vascular surgery department has 132 beds, 5 cardiac catheter laboratories, 4 dedicated operating theatres and a vascular hybrid facility with integrated imaging. We are a leader for open, endovascular and hybrid treatment of complex vascular pathology.

Main duties of the job

Applicants will need to have a strong background in vascular surgery and be interested in developing expertise in the treatment of complex vascular procedures. The posts will be for 6 months with the possibility of extension to 12 months and are ideal for doctors working towards a consultant level appointment (final year of training or post‑CCT fellowship).

The applicants will be expected to support the service in both the development of clinical and research activities and will have the opportunity to be exposed to the full range of complex tertiary services through on‑call and emergency work.
