About the Role

The Senior Client Experience Specialist role at Talogy is a key support role for customers and colleagues throughout various stages of client projects. They exemplify excellent customer service to clients and partners using Talogy systems, collaborating with departments such as Sales, Consulting, Software Engineering, and Product Management to ensure effective setup and timely resolution of issues.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday during office hours. The role can be performed remotely with occasional travel to Talogy offices for meetings and workshops.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understanding Talogy solutions and platform administration.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Leading implementation projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Creating and documenting processes for standardization and efficiency.
  • Responding promptly to client support requests professionally.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Consulting to understand client needs and providing technical support.
  • Managing client assessments on Talogy platforms independently.
  • Supporting clients in using assessment solutions and conducting live demonstrations.
  • Building assessments and reports on Talogy platforms.
  • Configuring new client accounts.
  • Handling client calls and emails, including questions, purchases, complaints, and bug reports.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to resolve platform issues.
  • Providing feedback on client implementations.
  • Meeting regional SLAs.
  • Documenting client interactions using CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, OpenAir, and Jira.
  • Suggesting process improvements and contributing to continuous service enhancement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements

  • Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
  • Experience in client/customer service environments.
  • Experience in talent management, assessment, education, or SaaS is desirable.
  • Effective collaboration, task management, and resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce and OpenAir is desirable.
