As we expand globally, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our remote team and lead end-to-end sales efforts.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with 7+ years of experience selling B2B fintech and/or HR software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to deal closing. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to grow TFY’s global footprint.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and a chance to work with an international team. Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound leads.
Develop personalized, value-driven pitches and demos tailored to client needs.
Manage and update leads, contacts, activities, and pipeline status in HubSpot CRM (or similar systems).
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-nurturing strategies.
Continuously analyze and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and success rates.
Represent TFY at virtual industry events, webinars, and other networking opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market needs.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
7+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or HR tech/SaaS sectors.
Strong understanding of ATS, contractor management systems, or HR software is a plus.
Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM tools).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) plus a second language.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global team environment.
