About the Role
- You'll be leading a high-performing regional team of Account Managers to deliver maximum value to clients and sky-high renewal rates.
- This is a hands-on role where you'll be coaching and developing your team, analysing account performance, all while managing your own portfolio of key accounts.
- You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product to feed in trends and insights, and shape how the business supports its users moving forward.
- It's ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-led sales, problem-solving, and driving meaningful outcomes for clients - particularly those in the ed-tech space.
About You
- 2+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Experience managing or mentoring others - or ready to step into a team leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders across phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Comfortable analysing usage data and using it to drive decisions
- Any experience in or exposure to the education sector is a big bonus, but not essential
- Candidates must be able to drive, there is occasional travel to customer sites
The Package
- Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
