Job summary

Home Group Limited in Reading is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to lead a team delivering supported housing services. You will coach staff, oversee safeguarding and safety, and drive performance to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.

The role involves managing complex needs, coordinating across sites, and building strong partnerships with customers and partners. A temporary 6-month contract is offered with full-time hours.

Salary £34,000 per annum plus 34 days leave, rising to 39, and a health cash plan.

You have

• Experience leading and supporting teams in housing or care settings.
• Confidence managing performance and coaching others to succeed.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and customer-focused practice.
• Experience working with people with diverse and complex needs.
• The ability to manage priorities across varied responsibilities. The role will be managing our Older Person Independent Living homes across the South (Hampshire, London and Sussex).

The practical bits

• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5hpw). You'll work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
• You can be based at one of our offices in Reading, Portsmouth or Harrow. You will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week either within our services or at one of our local offices.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay).
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes.
