Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Engineer for a civil engineering contractor.
• Experience in general civils within a highways environment.
• Good knowledge of CDM regulations and temporary works.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering on the project and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Write and check RAMS and TBS while monitoring safety practices.
• Review short-term programmes and report site issues to prevent delays.

Skills

Good communication skills

People management skills

HSEQ leadership

Familiarity with Fieldview / Dalux

Proficiency in AutoCad / Autodesk / Sketchup

Education

Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering

Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers

IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certification

Valid CSCS card

Full UK driving license
