Atkins Infrastructure division has a vacancy in our Newcastle office for a Senior to Associate Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a multi‑disciplinary environment delivering a full suite of Building Surveying duties. We offer extremely varied and interesting work with a number of high profile public and private sector clients. This is an exciting role for the right individual as we are expanding and will be part of a vibrant team. We are looking for qualified surveyors with 5+ post‑qualification years, a track record in winning work, managing client relationships, delivering commissions and assisting in the running of a building surveying business. Apart from technical excellence, we seek someone who can think laterally, possesses exemplary communication skills, has strong commercial experience and will provide a first‑class service to our clients. We are growing in sectors such as local and central government, education, blue light, rail, aviation, infrastructure, commercial, energy and more.
