Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting environment or equivalent, showing a consulting skillset
• Proven track record delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects
• Experience in programme and project management within a complex change environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes
• Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders
• Contribute towards bids and proposals
• Support internal Transformation products and methodologies within Programme Advisory
