Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Programme Advisory division and lead change and transformation initiatives. You will shape and deliver programmes, bring hands-on delivery experience and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors.

Our team focuses on strategy, setup and transformation of major programme organisations worldwide, delivering complex transformations in the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more capabilities listed below at a Practitioner level.
• Proven track record delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects.
• Experience in programme and project management within a complex change environment.
• Operating Model design and implementation experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management within large organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience delivering high-quality change and transformation deliverables on tight schedules.
• Experience leading solution development for a change and transformation project.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience developing client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Change management qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, Prosci).
• Experience across infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness reviews
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders
• Contribute to bid proposals
• Support internal transformation product development and improved ways of working
