• Experience in applying business change methodologies to deliver tangible results.
• Ability to lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops and delivering high‑quality change deliverables.
• Proven ability to manage delivery plans, risks, issues and reporting in complex change programmes.
• Strong client relationship development and opportunity growth capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and support bid proposals.
• Contribute to transformation product development and internal process improvements.
