Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Programme Advisory division, driving change and transformation for major programmes. You will shape delivery, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our transformation offerings across public and private sectors.

Expect to work on operating model design, project governance, and workshop facilitation, delivering tangible outcomes through complex programmes. On-site 2–3 days a week in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or internal advisory environments with delivery of change projects.
• Track record delivering tangible results in change and transformation initiatives.
• Program management experience within complex, multi-workstream environments.
• Experience designing and implementing operating models and organisational design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid proposals and transformation product development.
• Support internal transformation methodologies and ways of working.
